We’re on our search for a new home, trying to leave CA and we weren’t sure what state or area we wanted to move to. Our friends referred us to talk to Nils in Idaho about looking at properties and asking some questions about Idaho and the plus’ and minuses. He took the time to send us several examples of homes in areas we’re interested in and sent us some Video Tours he has on Youtube of Meridian and Boise (two areas we are most interested in). We flew into Idaho the end of last month and Nils took the time to show us around Meridian, Boise and also threw in parts of Eagle to give us more options. We really love what we saw, so we’re in the process of trying to get our home listed in California. We’ll update the review with the home buying process once we buy, but so far we’re really happy with his professionalism and attention to our needs. Thank you for all the time you’ve spent so far!
