We contacted Nils originally because we decided we needed to sell our home in Star. Nils came over two times, the first was to meet us and go over what we had done to the home, upgrades and see the condition. Then he came back a second time to go over his marketing process, the value he came up with and more. We originally had no real set idea on what our home was worth, so his presentation on why the value was was what it was helped us come to a low and a high number. He was very professional and had a ton of information, explained in a way we understood. He also showed us the marketing tools he uses to stand out which we really liked, like his drone videos and social media marketing. He got the home sold with an offer accepted in just 8 days.
